Artisan Crafts / Metal Work

I made this last year over the course of maybe 6 months off and on.
It is a fingerless (biker) glove made from 18 gauge galvanized steel rings (made by wrapping wire around a camping tent peg).
It's fun to wear, but no fun to take off. nope.

I see 4 in 1 weave, and you said 18 gauge, but what's your inside diameter? I've been looking to make something similar but I've never been convinced that my 10mm rings are going to work...
But this looks really good!
