I made this last year over the course of maybe 6 months off and on.
It is a fingerless (biker) glove made from 18 gauge galvanized steel rings (made by wrapping wire around a camping tent peg).
It's fun to wear, but no fun to take off. nope.
I see 4 in 1 weave, and you said 18 gauge, but what's your inside diameter? I've been looking to make something similar but I've never been convinced that my 10mm rings are going to work... But this looks really good!
Right now there is no chat on the pricing- but if you absolutely wish to ask just alarm your bounded Louis Vuiton bazaar or analysis them out online. Actually if I anticipate about it again, these could possibly be pulled off by some girls (or guys ), but I’m not abiding if I can see that getting being me.
btw To make the rings easier to make take a screwdriver and attach a rod to the end that spins. Make sure the rod has a hole in it ( a small hole). That way you can stick the wire in to hold it there. Turn on the screwdriver and WALA! You have a bunch of rings. I hope I'm not annoying you...
This is pretty cool! My 22 year old brother has been doing chainmail since he was around 16 or 17. He made gloves, battle armor, keychains, purses (to sell), belts (to sell), Bracelets (to sell), iPod and MP3 player cases, and much more. This is pretty awesome! owo
