I did this oil painting at school, as my "shoe" project. to go with my theme of "freedom", i portrayed my shoes as being big and klunky, and my feet seeking freedom in the mud puddle.

After taking the reference photo for this, a car speeded right through the puddle and completely soaked me and my shoes. on purpose, obviously.
