I think the mirror plays a big role in the 3D here. It's like there's foreground, middle ground and background but the mirror is like an object in the middle ground that appears to be background. Never mind.
A wiggle stereo image is an animation where a pair of stereoscopic images is rapidly alternated between left and right eye. In this case I use four images, in the style of this guy: [link]
Unlike him I don't have a camera with four lenses, but I use a "cha-cha" method that involves taking a picture, stepping slightly to the side, taking another picture, and repeating another two times. I assemble these images into a GIF using Photoshop, after manually aligning them together.
